• Uploaded Health Documents: Medical lab reports, PDF files, and skin images that you voluntarily upload to our Medical Locker or AI analysis tools.
• Chat History: Transcripts of text interactions with the Curelith AI assistant.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to deliver platform functionality, including:

• Generating clinical AI summaries and interpreting lab reports.
• Aggregating and displaying your smartwatch vitals in the Patient Dashboard.
• Enabling your authorized doctors to inspect health logs during consultation sessions.
• Preventing spam, abuse, and brute-force attempts through rate limiting.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We value your trust. We do **not** sell, lease, or rent your personal health data to advertisers or third parties.

We may share anonymized text queries or documents with safe subprocessors (such as the OpenAI API) to perform structured clinical interpretation.

Curelith is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, you may only use this platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 18 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.
