Please review these terms governing emergency triage access, data accuracy, and medical locker uploads.
The Curelith Emergency Health Card ("Med-Pass") is a digital health utility designed to store and display patient-declared vital information—such as blood group, drug and food allergies, pre-existing chronic conditions, and designated Next-of-Kin (ICE) emergency contacts—facilitating expedited care during medical emergencies.
Curelith Intelligence is a digital health technology company and is not a hospital, registered medical practitioner (RMP), clinical laboratory, or emergency response dispatch agency. The Emergency Health Card does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical prognosis. In any acute medical emergency, first responders and healthcare professionals must follow standard emergency trauma protocols and exercise their independent medical judgment.
You warrant that all information provided—including your legal name, mobile number, blood group, allergies, chronic illnesses, and emergency contact details—is truthful, accurate, and current. You acknowledge that providing erroneous, incomplete, or outdated information (such as an incorrect blood group or undisclosed allergy) poses severe clinical hazards for which Curelith disclaims all legal, civil, or medical liability.
By generating, downloading, printing, or carrying this card, you grant explicit and informed consent for any paramedic, first responder, emergency room physician, nurse, police officer, or Good Samaritan who scans the Front SOS QR code to access your emergency health summary immediately, without authentication, solely for administering emergency triage or contacting your emergency family contacts.
The Back QR code provides an authorized clinical gateway for certified physicians and diagnostic laboratories to upload prescriptions, scan summaries, and lab reports directly into your secure Curelith Medical Locker. To safeguard sensitive medical history, viewing or downloading full medical files requires entering your confidential 4-digit PIN.
Your health information is managed in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Rules, 2011. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You retain the right to modify, regenerate, or permanently request deletion of your emergency card records at any time by contacting Curelith Care Support or through your Curelith account.
While Curelith employs resilient cloud infrastructure, Curelith does not warrant that digital access will be 100% uninterrupted during telecommunication outages, device hardware failure, or QR code physical wear and tear. Curelith shall not be held liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from technical downtime or inability to scan digital cards.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
